Settled in 1844 by Robert McCray, Sr. & Margaret. First post office known as Buffalo Fork, 1853-1865. Reopened, 1883, as Point; renamed in honor of Pres. Grover Cleveland in 1885. Post office closed in 1995.
1/2 mile south of Upshur/Webster line on WV 20, Cleveland Webster County West Virginia.
