McKEE STREET
FLAGSHIP OF GREENEVILLE MAYORALTY

Eleven mayors of Greeneville resided in the 100 block of McKee Street while serving in office. At interval periods between the years of 1873 and 1972, the following individuals served: Robert M. McKee, N. T. Howard, Tom T. Adams, H. E. Holland, John S. Bernard (2 separate terms), J. Ross Reed, Earl Smith (2-separate terms) and James N. Hardin (2 separate terms). The Proving Ground for Greeneville Mayors.
