Grant Line Road marks the western boundary of the 150,000 acres of land granted in 1781 by Virginia to General George Rogers Clark and his officers and soldiers who fought to reduce the British presence in Illinois Country during the Revolutionary War.


Erected 1992 by Indiana Historical Bureau and Henryville Elementary Little Hoosiers.
