Ideas of Memorial around the arch conceived by Gary and Darrill Horn, Keith Lewis and Burt Griffith. The Memorial Arch was built in 1920 by John Lewis assisted by his son Irl Lewis as a Memorial for W.W.I Veterans.Many Dieterich Veterans Memorial Committees.
